While on Blog Hiatus

Hey Remember Me?

So, it’s April 4, 2010.

Easter.

I haven’t written a thing in months. I feel like I’ve let the few people who read or subscribe to this blog, down.

I’m sorry.

I’ve been busy.

I know that’s not really an excuse, but It’s all I’m giving to the blog community.

I love y’all.

So, what has happened?

Let’s recap.

The Kitchen Aid mixer is a blessing as well as a curse.

The relaxation and joy that I get from baking, has completely messed up any progress that I had made at the gym.

I’ve made a Blueberry, Apple, Apple Blueberry and Pumpkin Pies, in addition to 4 different types of Italian Shortbread Tarts (Apricot, Fig, Apricot Blueberry and Apple Butter).

Some Banana Bread... and as recently as last night I made a Sticky Toffee Pudding….”Shout out to my Peeps from across the pond!!!”

It was insane.

I’ve been working hard…

Had a short return to bartending…

Oakland…

Palm Springs…

South Carolina for a Scout.

Went Hybrid!!

I’ve made too many culinary creations to list.

I think that I have a few pictures of the above-mentioned delicacies.

I think that about Cyber-Sums it up.
